Soozie's mantra is "Yoga is living," and she teaches her students to live life awake, be more present, and live yoga; through the practice of philosophy, meditation, asana, pranayama, mantra, and energy healing.
She believes yoga is powerful through its ability to connect: within & without; ego self & Higher Self; microcosm & macrocosm; community & unity.
Founder of Jaiyoyoga, and creator and leader of a 200-hour teacher training, Soozie has also helped grow communities in CO, Hilo HI, Phuket, Thailand, West VA, Northern VA, DC.
Soozie will guide us on Friday afternoon for a elemental balance session which will include stretches, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong and Yoga Nidra.

On Saturday afternoon, Rebecca will take you on a shamanic sound journey that encourages visions and messages from your spirit team.
The frequencies of sound will help to raise your vibration and guide you on the next steps of your ascension.
Each individual journey is created with intuitive guidance.
At the end of your sound healing you will receive psychic messages and soul coaching for integration.
